Fender Newporter Player, Walnut Fingerboard, Gold Pickguard, Sunburst

Inspired by the iconic models of Fender electric guitars, the California Player acoustic evokes the spirit of adventure and freedom of the West Coast, inviting musicians to explore their individual creativity and disrupt the status quo.

Made with a solid spruce top featuring X-bracing and back and sides of sapele, the affordable medium-sized body of the Newporter Player produces a versatile voice that is both articulate and powerful, while providing a comfortable feel for hours of inspiration. The nato neck is designed with a slim 'C' profile that is easy to play, a scale length of 25.5 inches, and a 6-in-line headstock angled back for a distinctive look born from the DNA of Fender electric guitars. Other notable details include vintage-style tuning machines for fine and precise tuning, and a GraphTech® NuBone® nut and saddle for detailed harmonic character. With elegantly integrated controls for a sleek and modern appearance, the Fishman® Flex onboard preamp system allows for faithful reproduction of the guitar's natural sound when connected to an amplifier or recording device.

Bold, attractive, and unique, the instruments in the California series do not compromise, balancing effortless playability, superior sound, and remarkable style for those who aspire to play something different.
