I opened order #195037 with you, waited 3 months for the guitar, and when it arrived in Constanta, I couldn't pick it up from the courier because I was asked for cash. I couldn't pay with a normal BRD credit or debit card, I was told I needed a card issued by BRD Finance... it seems extremely strange to me that I don't have the freedom to pay with what I have available. I still want this guitar, if it's still available I would like to pay for it now with a credit card.
I would suggest you include all payment methods. Then I would suggest you ask for payment for the instrument and then ship it. Two years ago I bought an Epiphone guitar from your competitor for the same reason of refusal of the payment method. I see that after 2 years nothing has changed, unfortunately.
