Yamaha BBP35 VSBII - premium model of electric bass with 5 strings, manufactured in Japan, representing the pinnacle of the BB series, a renowned line for over four decades. The body is made from a combination of alder and maple in 3 layers, ensuring increased rigidity, a uniform response of vibrations between the neck and body, and exceptional resonance. The Initial Response Acceleration (I.R.A.) treatment, applied in the final construction phase, simulates the natural 'maturation' process of the instrument, providing an open tone and a sense of vintage, or 'vintage instrument' feel from day one.
The neck is made from 5 layers of maple and mahogany, featuring a slimmer profile that enhances comfort during playing. The instrument is equipped with YGD Custom V7 pickups with Alnico V magnets, specially calibrated to deliver a full yet well-defined sound, and the electronic configuration includes two volume pots and one tone pot for versatile sound control.
