Audac BASO 12 Black - Passive subwoofer equipped with a high-performance 12" woofer. The bass reflex design is engineered to be as compact as possible while delivering maximum performance in terms of sound quality and pressure. Their enclosures are made from robust high-quality plywood, while their elegant design allows them to be placed in any environment. The BASO12 is loaded with a high-performance 12" woofer, with an RMS power of 500 W and a maximum power of 1000 W. 

The power of this speaker comes from a 4" voice coil, allowing for a wider displacement of bass sound. These are precisely controlled by a double suspension with reduced losses, resulting in superior linear behaviour. High-quality materials, carefully selected, in collaboration with precise acoustic craftsmanship, result in an impressive combination of power and extension of low frequencies, without compromises. The extremely efficient design results in a sensitivity of 98 dB with the ability to produce continuous sound pressure of up to 125 dB.

The frequency response varies from 40 Hz to 300 Hz, while also dropping down to 35 Hz at -10 dB. Alongside these acoustic aspects, special attention has been given to all other aspects, making it as versatile as possible. The enclosure is designed to be compact without sacrificing robustness, thanks to the 18 mm high-quality plywood material, finished with a structured layer. Connections are made using two compatible speakon connectors, located on a framed connection plate, allowing linking with other speakers. This also enables placement as close as possible to any wall or corner.
