The EQ section is customisable, allowing the user to select between classic mode and isolator mode depending on the mixing style employed.
In addition to the 3-band EQ, each channel benefits from a dedicated bi-polar filter that allows for mixes with filter curves in high or low frequency bands.
It features 8 studio-quality effects (Delay, Echo, Reverb, Gate, Pitch Shift, Phase, Bit Crusher and Noise) that are adjustable. Effect manipulation is facilitated through the LCD display, which provides information about Beat and Time parameters. Flexible routing allows the effects section to be sent to individual channels, the microphone input, or the master output. The BPM shift function allows for precise editing of delay or reverb effects and more, to be in sync with the beat. The LCD display is not only useful when using effects but can also be a handy tool for beat-matching. The dual BPM counter allows checking the BPM of two different sources to be later used for accurate cueing and timing.
To meet the needs of scratching and mixing, the line and crossfader curves are adjustable, and a linefader start function is also provided. The crossfader can be freely assigned between all channels, and the stock fader can be selected for the new RMX Innofader by Audio Innovate, which is specially designed for Reloop mixers to provide excellent performance.
The microphone channel features “Active Ducking Technology,” and the firmware system has the ability to be updated by connecting to a computer.
