Being one of the best cutaway guitars with the best looks, the best sound and the highest quality ever made, the E-II Eclipse is manufactured in Japan at the ESP factory and designed for serious players who rely on their guitars for professional calibre stage performances and studio work. This guitar offers a collection of top components, such as a bone nut, Schaller Straplocks, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece. Perhaps most impressive is the EMG 57TW/66TW set for coil splitting each active pickup with individual push-pull controls on both volume knobs. Built with a set-thru construction on a traditional full thickness mahogany body and mahogany neck, the latest version of the E-II Eclipse is available in three styles: Buckeye burl maple top with Blue Natural Fade finish; a flamed maple top in Black Natural Burst; and a satin white as snow finish with a maple cap. All E-II Eclipse models offer next-generation design features, such as multi-binding on the body, neck, and headstock, and include a rigid ESP case.
