Optimal Audio SmartAmp 10 - Power amplifier with integrated digital signal processing (DSP), specially designed to optimise the performance of the Optimal Audio speaker range. This two-channel power amplifier can power both conventional low-impedance loads and 70V – 100V speakers. The internal DSP presets for Optimal Audio speakers are selected via switches located on the rear panel of the amplifier, allowing for the appropriate equalisation (EQ) settings and overload protection.
The space-efficient half-width, 1U, 19” rack enclosure allows for the mounting of two units side by side, either with another SmartAmp 10 or with a SmartAmp 20, enabling up to 6 channels in a 1U space.
SmartAmp 10 is capable of delivering a maximum power of 250W distributed between the two channels. This allows SmartAmp 10 to flexibly provide the necessary power for each channel, depending on the system requirements. For example, if channel 1 uses only 20W of power for some Up speakers, channel 2 could deliver the remaining 230W for a more demanding application.
The power supply correction technology allows universal operation with AC networks, eliminating the need for power regulations specific to each local market and potential reliability issues. The power supplies provide a constant and globally regulated power, with extremely low consumption in standby mode, for compliance with EuP2103 and Energy Star.
