LD Systems Dave 8 XS - Compact 2.1 PA/Media system, consisting of an active Bandpass subwoofer equipped with an 8" speaker, and two satellite speakers, each equipped with two 4" speakers and 1" silk dome tweeters. It delivers clear and crystal sound, being specially dedicated for multimedia applications (gaming or home PA), and can be used as a monitoring system for DJs, keyboards, and synthesizers, or as a sound system in small club venues or cafés. The powerful A/B amplifier built into the subwoofer amplifies both the subwoofer and the satellites. It offers XLR and RCA inputs and is equipped with all standard protection types. It also has a built-in limiter that protects the system against overload. On the side of the subwoofer, in addition to the ON/OFF switch and phase selector (180°), there is a potentiometer for controlling the subwoofer volume, facilitating an ideal frequency calibration, balanced in high, mid, and low frequencies. The satellites are equipped with stand mounting systems with a diameter of 16 mm.
Upon purchasing the audio system, I found that the speakon cables for the subwoofer-satellites were missing, and I wasn't informed that they are not included and need to be purchased separately. The package only includes a power cable, and I believe the description "audio system" is misleading because a system implies the connectivity of the components.
