I purchased the product for my daughter who is at an amateur level - self-taught for now. She chose the wrong cover which was exchanged for this one without complications, costs, or other inconveniences. This cover, recommended by the online store for the exchange, is more than okay (I know more about physics and chemistry than music, but I can appreciate the quality of a material :) ). The promptness in resolving issues is also fine. Overall, I recommend the cover and the store.
