The guitar arrived very well packaged, in perfect condition. After tuning (the built-in tuner seems a bit odd to me, but it's useful), you can start playing. As a beginner, it's one of the guitars that allows me to hit the F chord, both with and without barre. The neck is excellent in this regard. The sound is slightly more "metallic", but it's OK. I haven't tried connecting it to an amplifier yet. I consider it a very good purchase to continue my studies. :)
