A very good guitar, lightweight, with a nice design and a rich tone. The bass isn't very strong, but that's pretty normal for the 3/4 size. For the price range it's in, I don't think there's a better option.
Although it comes with a case, I recommend getting a separate one, especially if you plan to move around a lot with it. The included case is mediocre.
