Wharfedale Pro Titan AX15 is the next generation of the Titan series, an active speaker with DSP processing featuring 6 presets, enhanced IRIS X technology drivers, and a redesigned cabinet. The Titan AX15 is bi-amplified, with a Class D power of 350W for low frequencies and 70W for high frequencies.
The IRIS X driver technology involves the use of larger voice coils for the speakers and increased electrical sensitivity. The larger voice coils ensure better heat dispersion, while the increased electrical sensitivity guarantees maximum conversion of electrical signal into audio signal.
The new DSP offers complex internal functions, limiting, compression, delay, dynamic boost, cut filters, crossover, and parametric EQ. The DSP allows selection from 6 user presets. The “Live” preset applies different settings to the 2 inputs and is recommended for solo artists using a microphone and a line source.
