Each sound has been recorded and sampled by the Spectrasonics Sound Development Team from instruments that have been completely refurbished or built from scratch by the best craftsmen in the field from around the world. You will find in the sound library instruments with keys that you surely have never heard of, but which will awaken your inspiration and will be of real help in the process of creation, production, or recording.

The custom controls available for each patch allow you to exceed the characteristics of the original sound by modifying or adding effects.

At the same time, the authenticity of expression is reinforced by all kinds of sounds and noises characteristic of a performance as human as possible. That is why the sounds are not cleaned until they become digitized and synthetic. The sound of old amplifiers, effects units, and the mechanical sounds of keyboards or pedals add an extra human factor and dynamics.

Along with the hundreds of patches based on the 36 instrument models, Keyscape also includes the ability to combine up to 2 instruments to obtain special tones.

As a bonus, for Omnisphere 2 users, Keyscape can be used as a satellite instrument to the Omnisphere® interface. Keyscape appears as a library in the Omnisphere browser. This allows Omnisphere 2 users to use additional features such as Live Mode, Stack Mode, Multitimbrality, countless FX routings, and the powerful synthesis of the STEAM Engine® to explore new sonic possibilities.
