The MEINL Artisan Edition tambourines feature a hand-selected calfskin head, with an outer ring prepared with resin for special playing techniques such as thumb rolls. The different versions of jingles (size and design) arranged in a staggered layout ensure a wide sound spectrum from piano to forte and a consistent jingle sound when executing rolls.
