The flexible neck and swivel joint allow for easy positioning, while a shock mount for vibration isolation reduces the transmission of mechanical noise from the instrument.
Beta WB98H/C has a transformerless preamplifier circuit that aids in linearity across the frequency spectrum. The microphone's directivity provides high volume before feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted noise. Due to its high maximum sound pressure level, the Beta WB98H/C can capture brass, wind, and percussion instruments very well.
