Unsatisfactory

I bought one 2 days ago, and I'm not satisfied because I tightened the screw on the clamp to the max, and it has a play of 8 or 9 millimeters before it tightens on the drum rim. Since I have a 14-day return period, I will send this clamp (cymbal holder) back.
