Due to its circuit design, the PD-301DAB-X delivers excellent analog audio sound to the amplifier, while the coaxial and optical outputs transmit digital audio signals to the preferred DAC (digital to analog converter), not only from CDs and USB memory sticks but also from the DAB/FM tuner.

Also integrated is the DAB+ (Digital Audio Broadcasting Plus) module, a digital broadcasting technology that offers superior sound quality compared to FM, more stable reception, and the ability to transmit additional information (track title, artist, news, images).
