The piano is beyond expectations, the keyboard is great. Very well balanced, the sound is above expectations, and the volume is plenty. The images do not do justice to this piano. As for the communication with the store, from placing the order, during the long wait of about 3 months until delivery, everything was impeccable. The staff is pleasant and well-informed. The transport, again, 5 stars. The delivery was done with their own transport company, not a courier service, and they even assembled the piano for me. Despite the long wait, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Sound Creation and their products.
