Our wide ClipLock® guitar straps are the three-inch version of our original ClipLock® straps. They are recommended for bass or heavy instruments that require support from a wider contact area on the shoulder. The ClipLock® Quick Release Guitar Strap system is the safest and most unique attachment method available. Introduced in 1982, our straps were the first to feature a durable plastic clamp, allowing you to easily switch from guitar to guitar or remove the strap for storage. They are strong enough to meet military specifications and can easily hold 150 pounds, yet release with a light pressure from your fingertips. The strap material is made from high-quality nylon webbing, identical to car seat belts. ClipLock® securely attaches to your guitar body with two robust brass pieces and very long screws (included).
