Meinl AE Cajon Tango Line - Light Eucalyptus

The Tango line of handcrafted cajons features two sets of three micro-coiled metal strings that stretch across the interior of the playing surface for a clear snare effect. These strings are hand-wound in the style of master cajon maker, José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz. The rounded corners and thumb notches on the top of the front plate and the resonant body optimise comfort and playability. The 7-layer Baltic birch body with a thickness of 9 mm develops sound into a full, powerful tone that projects clearly and warmly. Available with front plates in Limba finish, light eucalyptus, dark eucalyptus, or grey eucalyptus. Made in Spain.
