Meinl AE Cajon Tango Line - Brown Eucalyptus

The Tango line of handcrafted cajons features two groups of three micro-coiled metal strings that stretch across the interior playing surface for a clear snare effect. These strings are hand-wound in the style of master cajon builder, José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz. The rounded corners and thumb notches on the top of the front plate and resonant body optimise comfort and sound while playing. The 7-layer Baltic birch body with a thickness of 9 mm develops sound into a full, powerful tone that projects with clarity and warmth. Available with front plates in Limba finish, light eucalyptus, brown eucalyptus, or grey eucalyptus. Made in Spain.
