very poor quality

too much tolerance between the bolt/bridge and because of this, the sustain is lost, and at the 'fork' the spring of the blade is missing, which is supposed to fix the so-called fork on the bolt. So I put back the old but original one, and the 'new' one I bought from you is useless.
