The PM 761 percussion mallets can be used quite universally, for example for wood blocks or tube and slot drums. The handles are made of fine Tonkin, a special kind of bamboo. The head of the mallet consists of a hand-grounded soft rubber ball with a diameter of 25 millimeters. The handle is 330 millimeters long. The softer rubber bead produces a much more gentle and less percussive sound. This can be beneficial when practicing or using in a group setting.
