Good for practice

I normally use a Vandoren Classic 1.5 reed and initially got a Legere American Cut 1.5 reed, but it felt a bit soft, so now I'm very happy with the 1.75. I only use it for practice, it has the same tone all the time and doesn't need to be 'softened', and due to the slightly different sound (good for jazz) in the band I still use Vandoren classic on a Vandoren C** mouthpiece. Too low durability

Don't waste your money on these reeds, especially since they are very expensive! Shortly after you start playing (under 1 minute), they soften due to body temperature, and then everything becomes a nightmare. Either they block the air intake slot, no matter how well you place them on the mouthpiece, or they respond late and sound false. Stay away from these products!
