Baroni Lab AFK 150, is a hybrid guitar amplifier with 150 W RMS, featuring 2 channels and a high-voltage ECC81 tube preamplifier section that enriches the sound, dynamics, and harmonic content, adding warmth and a huge response on low frequencies, typical for tube amplification.
The CLEAN channel is designed to recreate the warmth and brilliance of vintage "blackface" amplifiers and is the perfect companion for your pedal. The DRIVE Channel is designed after our award-winning GURUS Doubledecker mkII preamplifier pedal, which recreates the classic sound of vintage British amplifiers, from edge distortion to hi-gain distortion. Both channels have separate tone stacks. Gain and volume controls for each channel, plus Master Volume and Master Presence complete the palette of tones available to create the perfect sound.
AFK150 can fit on your home studio desk, waiting for you when you're ready to record that killer guitar track. Additionally, the AFK 150 looks great on stage, above the guitar cabinet. The wooden sides are easily detachable and allow you to use the AFK150 on a pedalboard as a pedal, featuring a classic footswitch on the top panel to switch between channels. A remote switching socket on the back panel will work with any standard locking footswitch and will allow you to change channels when using it as a desktop/cabinet unit.
