I'm not going to talk about the quality of execution and finish. I think few instruments sold by Soundcreation are not rated at the maximum in these respects.
The sound, compared to what I had before, Ibanez TCY 10E, is richer, more 'full' but be careful, as they say, to appreciate means to compare. If you don't have two instruments from the same category, it's hard to appreciate. Even the videos on YouTube with such comparisons are relative. The sound comes like an mp3, a program that implies a loss of quality and some nuances are lost.
A suggestion is to ask for advice from the team at SoundCreation. I did it three times and each time I was satisfied with the result.
