This percussion instrument allows for performance without the use of hands, securely and comfortably fitting around the ankle to provide a percussive vibrating effect with acoustic music. With a shake of the foot or leg, the Meinl Foot Rattle creates a hollow wooden shaker effect, with warmth and depth. Bendo seed shells are used to produce a rich sound.
