Rode SC4 - high-quality shielded adapter cable designed to allow microphones with a 3.5 mm output to connect to smartphones and tablets with a TRRS connector. This is ideal for users who want to connect the RODE VideoMic to an iPhone and record using the RODE Rec app for iOS. The gold-plated contacts have been colour-coded, with grey indicating the TRRS output. Although the SC4 has been designed to work with iOS devices, it is compatible with most Android devices on the market. The SC4 is compatible with stereo microphones, with both channels (left and right) combined into a mono signal to be TRRS compatible.
