The straight arm, made of copper, offers exceptional tracking precision, equipped with internal rubber damping to minimise resonances. Its adjustable height base is derived from the successful Reloop RP-7000 MK2 and RP-8000 MK2 pickup models. Additionally, the static balanced system of the Reloop RP-7 eliminates the need for anti-skating adjustments, simplifying installation and reducing potential errors.
The newly developed DC motor of the 7” record player stands out with its high torque of 2.5 kg/cm, ensuring maximum precision and optimal performance. The carefully calibrated motor characteristics minimise speed variations (wow & flutter), providing reliable cueing and support for advanced scratching techniques. Furthermore, the precision manufactured pressure-cast aluminium platter, along with the innovative built-in switched power supply, significantly reduces interference.
Not only is it an ideal companion for casual listeners of 7” vinyl records, but a pair of Reloop RP-7 also represents the perfect solution for professional DJs. With an adjustable tempo range of ±8%, ±16%, or ±35%, plus a reset button that instantly returns the platter speed to its initial value, DJs have all the necessary tools for confidently adjusting BPM and beatmatching.
To cover all vinyl usage scenarios, the RP-7 offers not only the standard 45 RPM but also 33 1/3 RPM and 78 RPM. Additionally, the detachable and freely rotating aluminium LED lamp ensures clear visibility of the record even in low-light conditions.
