The city of New York, alias "Big Apple". The epicentre of jazz. New York City has had a love story with jazz, whose tale is legendary. That is why it is the perfect inspiration for the Byzance Jazz Big Apple Ride series, a cymbal that captures the history, culture, and tradition of all the great jazz drummers who spent time swinging in the "Big Apple".
